1901 cover intended to be registered but 'Einschreiben' struck out -probably did not see stamps on reverse, franked on front Numeral 2pf, Germania 2pf (3), & 3pf (3) tied by 'Friedreich Wilhelmshafen 7/9 01' cds (all exp Hofman-Giesecke). To Germany where the stamps on reverse, 2pf numeral (11), are tied by 'Eisenachh-Frankfurt' railway TPO oval pmks, plus ' Muskau' arrival. Amazing franking & usage. (P)
