1806 C-4 R1 Large Repunched 6 NGC graded MS62 Brown. Very attractive lustrous medium steel brown and light chocolate with at least 5% of the mint red remaining. Mint frost covers the fields and protected areas on both sides. The only defects are a few microscopic marks in the field very close to the upper lip and a spot of slightly darker toning on the top of the E in CENT. MDS, Manley state 2.0. The repunching on the 6 is gone and the reverse is rotated 25 degrees CW from the normal head-to-foot die orientation. The rotation resulted in strike weakness on the bust and the opposing area at the top of the wreath. Our grade is MS60+.
