Germany-Saxony-Albertine: 1653CR Johan Georg Thaler. Bust right with sword & helmet, rev 8 helmets over shields. KM-425, Dav-7612. VF, with no sign of seawater corrosion. With Western Australian Museum certificate no. 11687 & permit to sell. The only Thaler we know of recovered from the Gilt Dragon. Compared with most coins recovered from the wreck, this coin is in extremely good condition. (P)
