Mining: Syndicate Script, Bathurst, NSW. 1 £50 share paid up to £30 no.26. Gold mining areas no.145 & 706 Parish of Beaufort 8th Dec 1890 on vellum (very few of the 1000s of diff certificates issued on vellum). An 81b nugget was found in Oct 1890 resulting in a rush of miners into the area. Rare, only 30 certificates issued. (P)
