Arrived 29 Dec one day late thus missing the Wilson Airways flight to Lusaka which in turn meant it missed the first flight being operated by Rhodesian Airways from Lusaka - Mongu. Taken on the second flight being flown by Kirkham and one of only 14 letters/cards being carried from England. On the reverse Lusaka 4 Jan 39 transit & Mongu-Lealui 9 Jan 39 receiving.
