1895, late fee: card 1 1/2d blue uprated QV 5d dark green canc. "Sydney Ap 22 95". to Antwerp/Belgium endorsed "p. SS Australia" and arrival "Anvers 25 May 1895". Special "too late" uprate for forwarding by train Sydney to Melbourne (900km) to catch specific steamer. The uprate fee consists of ordinary "too late" fee 2 1/2d + extra fee 2 1/2d for train forwarding to overtake ship going to Melbourne. See UPSS "Postal Stationery" No. 363 pp. 176/79 (Nov. 2008). - Plus same uprated total 21/2d for "late fee" from "Sydney Mr 18 95" again to Anvers. Two cards
