1926 cover from Oakland, Calif., USA to Obeh, Afghanistan, re-directed to Lahore, India and returned to Oakland, incorrectly franked with German Inflation 1 Million two pairs (???), surrounded by small circles (invalid) and with "T"-"DUE 10 CENTS" duplex, with Indian "FOREIGN POSTAGE DUE/SIX ANNAS" framed h/s on front, "KEIJO CHOSEN/16.10.26", Hong Kong, Landikhana and Peshawar transit datestamps, rect. framed "D.L.O. LAHORE..." and "D.L.O. BOMBAY..." d/s along with boxed "REFUSÉ/REFUSED" h/s on reverse, returned to Oakland where pre-cancelled pair of 5c. postage due stamp was affixed. A very unusual cover.
