India 1a. postal stationery envelope (superimposing the PS stamp) to Kanoungtoo, tied by "TWANTE/19 MAY 43" cds, violet censor h/s alongside, on reverse with Rangoon transit cds and arrival dater (2.3.43: error date). The adhesive removed and replaced, cover stained/toning, but an interesting usage during the Burmese Government.
