German offices, 1900, crown and eagle 10 Pf. posted aboard small cruiser "S.M.S. Irene" at correct rate but stayed uncancelled, then cancelled by blue cross in Berlin Navy Postal Bureau (Marinepostbüro) with handwritten note alongside: "Arrived at Navy Postal Bureau uncancelled 10/6 from Navy Mail Nr. 4". Addressed to a gun store in Kiel with arrival of June 11 1900 on reverse. Cert. Steuer BPP (2009).
