No. 1" on reverse; 1889 cover to London with 25 c. tied by "La Victoria" cds; 1890 cover to Scott Stamp Co. in New York with 25 c. tied "Zaraza" cds and rare 1890 cover from Cuidad Bolivar to Algeria via Trinidad (May 10) with arrival on reverse.
