Bulaq Issue 1874/75 Bulaq 20 pa. grey-blue perf. 12½ and 1 pi. red, perf. 13½ x 12½, used on 1875 cover to Milano, Italy endorsed "via Brindisi", tied by "Poste Egiziane / Cairo" circular datestamps (July 31) with information strike below. A fine cover carried at the newly introduced UPU rate of 1½ piastres. Reverse with Alexandria cds and Milano arrival (Aug 7). Scarce.
