Austrian Lloyd Offices in Dobrudja 1863/64: Arms 15 kr. brown, perf. 14, a vertical strip of three used on 1864 entire letter to London endorsed "Post Paid via Kustendje", all tied by "CONSTANTINOPEL" cds in black (June 20). Straight line "VIA KUSTENDJE & VIENNA" handstamp in black applied and magenta "P.D." at right. "London / Paid" cds of arrival (June 28) in red also on obverse, with Vienna transit (June 26) on reverse. Sold together with off-cover Arms 10 s. blue, perf. 9½ with part VIA KUSTE(NDJE) handstamp in black. Scarce and fine.
