1943c.: Handpainted Essay for proposed 3 d. design to celebrate the opening of the Hobart Bridge spanning the River Derwent between Government Point and Smelting Works Point, inset in framed card (274 x 232 mm.) painted in blue, ultramarine and pale blue with Postage and Hobart lettering picked out in Chinese white and value in black and pseudonym signed "Watridge" on frame (R.J. Becker). Sold together with colour booklet "The Story of Two Bridges" (1964) and copies of articles reprinted from the "Mercury" of Hobart, Tasmania. Splendid and unique.
