1919: Provisionals issued in Bluefields, group of six items, comprising; 5 c. on 20 c. 'Vale 5 Centavos', block of four, unused, no gum, with the types IV / IV 1st row, V / VI 2nd row (Scott 392 c, d, e); also two single stamps type I and III, both unused no gum, (Scott 392 & 392b). Two horizontal pairs, unused part gum, both pairs type III/V, some adherences on gum side (Scott 392 b, d).  As well as, different surcharge 5 c. on 20 c. with ' Vale 5 Cents.'
