1873/1955: Collection including Official stamps, which are complete. Just two stamps with 'specimen' overprint ( Justice 1 c. and Navy 1 c). Additionally, there is an extra page with surplus stamps. The collection comprehensively covers Postal Note Stamps, Parcel Post Stamps, Special Handling Stamps, Official Savings Mail, the 1911 Registration stamp, and the 1955 Certified stamp. The stamps are neatly organized on preprinted album pages with mounts. Overall, the condition is good; all stamps display fresh colours and are well-preserved, although gum condition varies with some stamps having no gum or reduced gum, most are mounted with large part original gum or are never hinged. Such completeness is rarely offered! 4 certificates.
