1840: 2 d. blue, plate 2, lettered DC, a used example with enormous even margins all round, in combination with 1841 1 d. red-brown on blued, plate 30, lettered MA-MB, horizontal pair, just shaved to fine, on 1843 cover from Hitchin to London all tied lightly by Maltese Crosses in black. A superb and most attractive cover. Certificate RSPL(1976).
