Palestine Forerunners Turkish Post - Safed double ring postmark (Collins type PM3)  August 24 1885 tied to 20 Para Turkish imprinted stamp on UPU card mailed to Durkheim Germany with Alexandria Egypt transit p/m on front 31 August 1885 & Durkheim arrival p/m on back September 6 1885. Beautiful long message  Hebrew script on back sign by the sender. VF.
