RARE DESTINATION: 5c. Stationery envelope + additional postage of 5c. (GJ.176 + 178, total 12c.), sent from Buenos Aires to PERU on 27/DE/1898 (with error in the year, it says 1893!), on back arrival mark of Lima 8/JA/1899. Covers of this period to Perú are very scarce!!
