5 Groschen ochre-brown, two single stamps with boxed cancel "BIRKENFELD 19.11." on parcel envelope for a parcel weighing 9 pounds/100 grams via Mannheim to Alfdorf near Lorsch. The fresh colours of the stamps (postage stamps) are clearly embossed, usually perforated and in perfect condition except for a slightly printed spot. Decorative and interesting letter from the Oldenburg principality of Birkenfeld, which was contractually represented by the Prussian postal administration from 1837, certificate Brugger BPP (1999)
