Sinkiang Use Junk 4c x 2, 10c x 4 & 20c, tied by Tihwa cds., along with Tihwa 1929 (Jan 8) transit cds. and Peiping (Feb 8) arrival cds. On reverse sealed by censored label and tied by name seal. Two stamps and Flap on back damaged. F-VF. A rare registered cover from Sinkiang to Peiping via Siberia and applying internation rate.

1928年12月20日新疆迪化經西伯利亞寄北京單雙掛號檢查封，貼限新帆船票4分2枚、10分4枚和20分1枚，銷迪化腰框日戳，旁蓋迪化1月8日中轉戳和北京2月8日到達戳。背面貼有“新疆省政府委員檢查訖重封”條並蓋有紅色名字章。有2枚票和封舌破損。上中品。罕見的新疆經西伯利亞寄北京掛號封，使用國際郵資。
