1949年10月18日廣州寄羅馬銀圓封，背面貼華南版孫像銀圓票3枚及平信單位銀圓票1枚，合55分銀圓，符合當時國際航空郵資，銷廣州日戳，正面有到達檢查郵戳。廣州於10月14日已解放，此乃解放後沿用銀圓票的例子。
