"PREGLEDALA/VOJNA CENZURA (2)" in violet, via "VOJNA POSTA*Br.999*2.4.18" to Geneva. Certificate by Jovan Velickovic (1995).Censorship is not mentioned in official documents dealing with opening of MPO 64 (14/12/17), but some later papers prove that there saw a censor at the post office. This cover specifies that he used censor cachet n.2.
