1951 Airmail & Express Wrappers, a lot of three airmail mailing wrappers for the Haaretz newspaper in Tel Aviv, Israel, each addressed to Jacob Shapira at the Government of Israel Supply Mission in NY, USA. They bear the FA-2a airmail rate of 80 Pr., plus an express fee of 40 Pr. There was no printed matter fee at the time. The stamps used on the wrappers were:

22/9/1951 - Coins: 30 Pr. + 10 Pr.; JNF: 80 Pr.
18/9/51 - Coins: 5 Pr. + 5 Pr.; Independence: 80 Pr. + Airmail: 30 Pr.
11/51 - JNF Herzl: 80 Pr. + Festivals: 40 Pr.
