1911, JERUSALEM 21.8.1911 ", an intermediate letter (No. 13) for an" R "letter issued by the" secret "post office in Mea Schearim (Jerusalem) administered by Meier Hamburger and Austrian Post.  It was forbidden to open any further offices so it was necessary to go the illegal way, which is why it does not appear in the official directories.
