Blue oval and matching "Paid" handstamps on 1855 cover to New York City, blue "Pacific Express Co., California, No. 124 Broadway, N-Y" oval handstamp, 10¢ trans-continental rate prepaid on reverse with seven 1851, 1¢ blue singles, and one 1852, 3¢ dull red, rich colors and uncancelled as this was carried completely outside the U.S. mails, black partial Boyds Express company oval datestamp and matching "Paid / J.T.B." handstamp; couple cover tears and wear, one 1¢ torn in half, Fine, An unusual Pacific Express and Boyds conjunctive use.
