1977 Canberra Parliament House 18c, vert strip of 5, upper 3 stamps red colour totally OMITTED, so missing the denomination & base of building, 4th stamp red partly omitted, se-tenant with 5th stamp normal. (The vendor's father bought a pane or sheet of the stamp in Toowoomba at time of issue for normal postage use, and noticed missing value only after having used up most of the stamps for postage - all of which must have been discarded by recipients as none have previously been reported. Therefore, only a block of 10 stamps, being 2 such strips are believed to have survived so only total of 6 red omitted errors). VF fresh MNH. SG 653(var). ACSC 773(var).
