Penasson Issue 1872: 20 pa. deep blue, perf. 12½ x 13½, a single example on 1873 Printed Matter rate cover from Cairo to Genoa, Italy endorsed "voie de Brindisi" tied by scarce double ring "Poste Kedevie Egiziane / Cairo" cds in black (June 10) with framed 'PD' alongside.
