FRAUD AGAINST THE POST: Express cover sent from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia in DE/2018 and returned to sender. The postage was paid with modern stamps for 102P. + completely demonetized stamps of the 1980s for 320P. in old currency, which were not detected by the usual inspection. Very interesting!
