Stamped SPECIMEN in black in Director's signature panel. Handwritten in pencil December 6th/54 in bottom margin, EF. Similar MVR type 2a, similar to £10 note illustrated in McD. Mc PFB/26M/2 cat $10,500. Ex Christie's auction May 1995, lot 565. The only known £20 note with Hobart domicile & 1 of only 2 £20 known.
