Banner: Original WWII Nazi Party Banner (approx 3700mm x 1400mm). This type of banner hung outside all official buildings used by the Nazis in Germany & occupied countries. This banner has seen substantial use & has been repaired by replacing the old lower part of the banner with new red material. The upper part of the banner has faded due to long-time exposure to the elements & has some minor tears & repairs (original colour can be seen on reverse of tears). The white central background of the banner is heavily soiled. Undoubted genuine. A very interesting banner, probably repaired late in the war as replacements could no longer be obtained.
