1890-1901 Boer War pattern 1888 50 round Mounted Infantry etc Bandolier (for .303 ammo). Brown leather with nickled brass fittings, no maker stamp evident but service number '504' stamped on leather at top, below buckle. 2 x flap studs absent, 1 x flap tab missing. Bandolier type issued to all mounted units for service in South Africa, the nickled fittings unusual for military units. Leather dry, wear to flaps. Generally VGC.
