Embossed Arms without Date 1887: 2 d. violet on blue granite paper with embossed Arms, a used example on 1888 cover to Cape Town tied by "VRYHEID, NIEUWE REPUBLIEK, ZUID AFRIKA / POST KANTOOR" Arms handstamp in black, with Natal 1886 2 d. on 3 d. grey (Gi 105) tied by DUNDEE / NATAL cds (Jan 28) in black. Reverse with Durban transit cds (Feb 1) and Cape Town arrival (Feb 6) in black. Roughly opened at top and sealed flap tear on reverse but a scarce combination cover.
