1898: Coiling Dragon 2 c. deep red, a fine horizontal strip of five used on 1900 cover to Germany all tied by bilingual "WEI HAI WEI" circular datestamps (Aug 30) with France 'Chine' 25 c. paying onward transmission tied by "Shanghai" cds. Envelope with slight trim at right but a charming combination usage.
