(Gi 5), Blue Granite paper 1886/87: 4 s. violet on granite, perf. 11½, an unused example (17 JAN 87), a somewhat short example, large part og. (Gi 38) and from the same issue 1886/87 10 s. violet on granite, perf. 11½, two unused examples (JAN 86) and (2 JUL 86), with a third faintly printed unused example (13 JAN 86) and an unused example (2 JUL 86) variety "Double Print", all fine, large part og. (Gi 42, 42var). Embossed Arms without Date 1887 (March): 6 d. violet on yellow paper, perf. 11½, an unused horizontal pair, variety "Arms tête-bêche" (Gi 82) ex Collection Dr. G.H. Jonkers. Several others including three pieces with Transvaal used (Gi 176) in the New Republic. In the main a fine lot, and a scarce group (30) Gi = £ 2'700+.
