Public Stamps (Briefmarken) Auction #150

We would like to invite you to participate at our anniversary auction on 27th and 28th May 2016. It is both our 150th auction and the 25th anniversary of our first auction. We are celebrating this double milestone with a total of three catalogs: The main catalog for the 150th auction, the special numismatics catalog, and the special catalog for three high-quality collections.

The latter is a beautiful special hardcover catalog issued for the “Alsterdorf”, “Eifelperle” und “Wissant” collections. There you will find world-class rarities from the German empire, Danzig, Memel, German Occupation WWII, Dunkirk and Festung Lorient along with Germany after 1945, specifically SBZ. A total of 1200 lots with an opening bid value in excess of EUR 600,000 are being sold; these include more than 100 lots containing limited double-digit issue stamps and a handful of one-of-a-kind items.

The main catalog contains, among other things, an exceptional supply of German states and the 2nd part of the “Belgrade” collection with approx. 300 covers from the German occupation in Serbia; furthermore, the perhaps best collection offer in our company’s history, ex “Alsterdorf” and “Eifelperle” collections, and the “Friesdorf” collection with high-quality country collections (nearly complete set of German colonies on covers !), all being sold against bids.

The special numismatics catalog offers ca. 2000 lots with an opening bid value of EUR 700,000, including the “Dr. N.” collection with numerous antique coins starting from the Roman Republic; furthermore, Germany before 1871 with many thalers, fractional values and gold guilders, Saxony strongly represented, Italy with numerous 96-lire pieces; also twelve very rare US trial strikes with a Martha Washington motif.

The military-themed estate of Lieutenant Colonel Wagner should be of particular interest: there are 200 lots being auctioned, including a lot of 6 Field Marshal von Manstein collar tabs.

Furthermore, we would like to draw your attention to our liquidation auction on 20th May 2016. There will be 1500 lots to be auctioned, which must absolutely be sold. In this special case, underbids of up to 30 %below suggested opening bids are accepted if no one bids higher !

Ich möchte Sie einladen, sich an unserer Jubiläumsauktion am 27. und 28. Mai 2016 zu beteiligen.  Es ist unsere 150. Auktion und gleichzeitig der 25. Jahrestag unserer ersten Auktion. Gefeiert wird dieses Doppeljubiläum mit insgesamt drei Katalogen: Dem Hauptkatalog zur 150. Auktion, dem Sonderkatalog Numismatik und dem Sonderkatalog für drei hochkarätige Sammlungen.

Dieser wunderschöne Sonderkatalog mit Hardcover wurde für die Sammlungen „Alsterdorf“, „Eifelperle“ und „Wissant“ aufgelegt. Sie finden dort Weltraritäten der Gebiete Deutsches Reich, Danzig, Memel, Deutsche Besetzung im II. Weltkrieg, Dünkirchen und Festung Lorient sowie Deutschland nach 1945, speziell SBZ. Insgesamt knapp 1200 Lose und weit über 600.000 EUR Ausruf werden versteigert, dabei sicherlich über 100 Lose mit nur zweistelligen Auflagen und eine Handvoll Unikate.

Im Hauptkatalog finden Sie unter anderem ein hervorragendes Angebot Altdeutschland oder den 2. Teil der Sammlung „Belgrad“ mit ca. 300 Briefen der deutschen Besetzung in Serbien, weiterhin vielleicht das beste Sammlungsangebot unserer Firmengeschichte, u.a. Sammlungen ex „Alsterdorf“ und „Eifelperle“, oder die „Friesdorf“-Sammlung mit hochwertigen Ländersammlungen (u.a. Deutsche Kolonien auf Briefstück fast komplett !), alle gegen Gebot ausgerufen.

Der Numismatik-Sonderkatalog bietet ca. 2000 Lose mit knapp 700.000 EUR Ausruf, dabei u.a. die Sammlung „Dr. N.“ mit zahlreichen antiken Münzen ab  Römischer Republik, weiterhin Deutschland vor 1871 mit zahlreichen Talern, Teilstücken und Goldgulden, Sachsen sehr stark, Italien mit zahlreichen 96 Lire Stücken, weiterhin zwölf sehr seltene Probeprägungen der USA mit dem Motiv der Martha Washington.

Besonders interessant dürfte auch der Militaria-Nachlass Oberstleutnant Wagner sein, hier kommen 200 Lose zum Aufruf, u.a. ein Lot von 6 Kragenspiegeln Feldmarschall von Manstein.

Weiterhin möchten wir noch auf unsere Liquidationsauktion am 20.05.2016 hinweisen. Hier kommen gut 1500 Lose zur Versteigerung, die auf jeden Fall verkauft werden sollen. Deshalb akzeptieren wir hierUntergebote bis 30 % unter Ausruf – wenn niemand mehr bietet !
