Two Orish Penny Red covers, one with 1841 1d and black MC with Longford and Kinnegad cds in green, also 1841 1d with black MC and Castlerea cds to Dublin. Both fine

Line engraved collection including 3 penny blacks (one on cover) 1841 2d blue unused (badly foxed), 1841 1d red unused block of 4 with faults, another example imprint marginal, 1d red with apparent red cancel (BPA declined to certify) and other items. An interesting lot (see photos)

Postmarks on stockleaves, mainly QV from 1841 1d and 2d values, extensive 1d stars and plates interspersed with a few surface-printed sorted by postmark, few later reigns exemplifying late use of numeral cancels, many fine (c. 1,250)
