(3) uncancelled used from Ryojun (Lü-shun) with 1910 "Ryojun/unpaid" in vermilion (ovpt. stamps no more valid in KLT after early 1908) via "PORT-ARTHUR.O." and "CHEFOO" to Tokyo. Inc. two inbound with 5s tied "Tokyo-Nishikubo" to name card size envelopette via "TOKIO I.J.P.O." to Shanghai with IJPO and Local Post backstamps.
