Envelope from the French Consul 'St. John 's Quebec' addressed to Ottawa bearing SG 75, 1c bright yellow (strip of three) tied by cork cancel with adjacent St John's/Quebec date stamp with 'Consulat General de France/des Provinces Britannique/Amerique du Nord' in blue on face and circular cachet on reverse, routed via Quebec with Ottawa receiver. Soiled, Very fine.
