Russia & Area. Russia Offices in China. Incomplete Registered envelope (part of back missing) sent from Shanghai on 27/8/1913 to Heidelberg Germany "Via Sibirien" with "R" bilingual label N 319. Mixing franked 41kp with 4kp red, 15kp lilac & blue, 20kp blue & red stamps overprinted "КИТАЙ" and 2kp green Romanov unoverprinted stamp (Michel n 10y, 23b, 27 and Russian N 83) cancelled using "SHANGHAI POSTE RUSSE * * b" postmark. On the back showing in corner back part of cover clear arrival cancel applied on 14/9/1913. Signed P. Holcombe. VERY NICE AND SCARCE.
