1894 (16 Aug) cover franked with 5c and 10c Indo-China, tied by "Stungtreng Cambodge" departure cds, repeated alongside and addressed to Saigon, roughly opened at top, otherwise fine (Stung Treng is a province of Cambodia in the northeast. While it belonged to Cambodia up to 1892, it was actually transferred to Laos for the period 1893-1905. It borders the provinces of Ratanakiri to the east, Mondulkiri and Kratie to the south and Kampong Thom and Preah Vihear to the west. Its northern boundary is Cambodia's international border with Laos)
