San Luis Potosi 1864/66: Eagle Fifth period 1 r. blue (Inv. 206-1866), 2 r. orange (Inv. 77-1866) and 4 r. pale green (Inv. 57-1866: just 52 sold) all used on 1866 cover to Celaya tied by neat "FRANCO / S.
