Bulaq Issue 1874/75: Bulaq 1 pi. red, perf. 12½, a single and a horizontal strip of three, used on registered 1878 double rate cover to the German Ambassador in Constantinople, tied by three strikes of "Postes Egytiennes / Helouan" circular datestamps (April 8) with framed "RACCOMANDATO" handstamp in black below.
