French Post Offices in Dobrudja 1867: France 10 c. bistre brown (2) and singled 40 c. orange, used on 1868 entire letter from Ismail via Tulcea / Tulscha to Palermo, all neatly cancelled by "5102" gros chiffres of Tulcea / Tulscha, with framed "PD" and pearled "TULSCHA / TURQ. D'EUROPE" cds at right (June 14). Reverse with Constantinople cds (June 16), and Messina and Palermo cds's (June 23). A very rare and particularly beautiful cover. Signed E. Diena, Calves.
