1861: Third Issue, 20 c. deep-red, position 40, used, good to large margins all round, showing the famous retouch of "2" of "20", also exhibits a colourless flaw of "E" of "NACIONALES", beautiful strong shade, faint pen cancel which has been removed at some stage, very attractive example, rare; very few examples recorded Scott 17 = $475+ as a single no variety.
