1862: Fourth issue, Selection of five 20 c. red used, all with "BOGOTA" oval handstamp cancels in black, three have four good to large margins, one showing constant flaw "broken left frame-line" (noted by Bortfeldt in certificate), all with good colour and with Bortfeldt certificates (2008), a few faults, very scarce group Scott 20 = $3'625.
