1881: Liberty Head, 7 c. blue, block of eight (4 x 2), used, cancelled by a 'Port au Prince' datestamp in black, right side top stamp just cut into along side and lower left stamp shaved, otherwise clear to good margins, fresh vibrant shade, strong detail, some small tears in top margin which do not detract; one of the largest multiples of this stamp; a strip of seven in the Moorhouse Haiti collection was described as 'second largest multiple'; a scarce and attractive block.
