1932: Chaco War, envelope, sent from Sucre, Bolivia to a Bolivian prisoner of war in Paraguay, undated, with very fine strike of the circular 'Prefectura Comandancia General del Departmento de Chuquisaca / SUCRE' in red, with 'ROTARY CLUB / ASUNCION, PARAGUAY' cachet in black alongside applied on arrival; the Rotary Club handled POW mail in the early part of the war; central horizontal filing crease, scarce cover and rare this fine.
