1871: 5 c. brown, a used example on 1872 cover to Mazatenango tied by bold "1" numeral obliterator in black with "CORREOS / GUATEMALA" circular datestamp (Nov 16) in blue at left. The cover with some reduced aging at left leaving bleach stain but of great scarcity. Just five covers with single 5 c. frankings are recorded in Roland A. Goodman's "Guatemala" handbook.
