Austrian P.O. 1863: Arms 5 s. rose, perf. 14 , six single examples used on 1865 double rate cover to Vienna all tied by five strikes of "RUSTSCHUK" circular datestamp (May 10) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 877). Sender's cachet above and Vienna arrival on reverse (May 15). An outstanding and extremely rare cover.
