Second French Occupation (1807-1809/1814) 1811 (Aug 10): Entire letter from Constantinople to Naples endorsed "Corfu pr." at lower left, written by an Italian informer or spy, to the Marquis de Gallo, Minister of Foreign Affairs to the King of the Two Sicilies, struck in transit by fine "POSTA SETTINSULARE / CORFU" handstamp in blue.
